Director, GRC

As Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Manoj plays a key role in establishing and enhancing the GRC team and its cross-organizational impact. His responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the GRC platform, as well as maturing and automating key GRC program areas such as IT Risk, Third-Party Risk Management, Partner Compliance, and GRC reporting. He is also instrumental in strategizing and operationalizing a mature Cyber Awareness Training program.

Having led the GRC function for several large Fortune 500 companies in complex global environments, including the likes of Salesforce and T-Mobile,  Manoj brings with him both breadth of experience and depth of knowledge. In an area that can otherwise be perceived as a ‘cost center’, he prides himself in having successfully used outcomes and measurable metrics to demonstrate that GRC can be a cost-saving, risk-reducing, and business-enabling function.

When he’s not working, you might find him on a hike somewhere in the Pacific Northwest with his wife Tara or acting as a part-time personal chauffeur for his son, driving him around town for his cricket games, chess tournaments, or music practice.
