In her role as senior vice president of operations, Stephanie runs the day-to-day business operations of the company. She enjoys translating business goals and strategy into systems and solutions for the planning, implementation, execution, and continuous optimization of the company’s operations. Stephanie is acutely passionate about our team’s growth and is constantly exploring new ways to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. Stephanie is also a licensed attorney and a member of the company’s legal department.

As a fourth-generation Northern Nevadan, Stephanie graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with her B.S. in finance and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. Prior to joining Blockchains in 2018, Stephanie served as outside counsel for a San Diego law firm where she represented companies of all sizes in complex transactional matters.

You can often find her clearing her head at the gym, somewhere outdoors, cooking, chasing around her one-year old, or at a classic rock concert with her other half, Gerrit.
