Our wholly-owned subsidiary slock.it GmbH, which we acquired in June 2019, will change its name to BC Development Labs GmbH. Over the past 15 months, we have integrated slock.it’s German-based founders Christoph and Simon Jentzsch, as well as their development and operations staff, with the Blockchains’ U.S. team. The name change reflects the completion of our integration efforts and the companies’ shared commitment to protect and empower individuals through the development of blockchain-based solutions.
